We are looking for a family medicine physician to join our team of physicians and advance practice providers. Patient care is exclusively outpatient. Saturday walk-in clinic coverage is shared among physicians and advance practice providers. No after-hours call requirement.
Requirements:
Completion of family medicine residency and board certification or board eligibility in family medicine. Internal medicine physicians considered.
General Summary of Duties:
Our physicians work as independent providers but in collaboration with staff and other providers to care for patients under a medical home model. We provide full-spectrum primary care including acute sick visits, chronic care and disease management and in-office procedures. We serve patients of all ages from infant to elderly. Under a medical home model, our providers and team coordinate care with other MPFC and local providers as needed.
Successful applicants will practice evidence-based medicine and be able to work with other providers and MPFC team members in a collegial, professional and patient-centered environment.
