There are many questions about the upcoming availability of vaccination against COVID-19. We, too, eagerly await this promising development! Currently, no vaccine against COVID-19 is available in Alaska. When it becomes available, distribution of vaccine will be directed by the Alaska State Department of Health and Human Services (DHSS). DHSS has a website with vaccine information. When we learn of vaccination opportunities for our patients, either through MPFC or elsewhere, rest assured that we will reach out through our website and patient portal with that information.
