Medical Park Family Care is adding a responsible and enthusiastic member to their Call Center team.
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Answer phones, Schedule appointments, Update patient information.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1 year Medical office preferred. High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one year experience in customer service setting. Experience operating computers, word processing, ten-key and multi-line telephone system. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Compliance and Hitech Act. This is a full-time position with benefits.
