After 42 years in practice, Dr. Leland Jones has retired from the practice of medicine. What does this mean for his existing patients? The good news is...nothing!

For your convenience all your medical records will remain here, at Medical Park Family Care, and you can begin seeing one of Dr. Jones highly regarded colleagues right away. Our 12 remaining Doctors work as a Team and all are part of the Medical Park Family of Physicians. Any one of them looks forward to forming a long standing relationship with you; similar to the one you've had with Dr. Jones over the years. Because our Doctors own our clinic, you need not fear your new Doctor will leave the practice. Thank you for your continued trust in the Doctors and Nurses of Medical Park Family Care.

As co-founder of the clinic, Dr. Jones will still be very much involved on an administrative and Board of Directors level!
