All patients see a physician.  This saves you time and money with accurate diagnosis and expert follow through.

Convenient Evaluation Schedules – Medical Park Family Care conducts employment Evaluations beginning at 7:30am, Monday through Friday.  Saturday hours are available for large groups.

A complete medical report will be sent to your personnel department.  Abnormal results will be forwarded to your employees as determined by your company policy.

Pre-Employment Exams & Drug Screening

Since 1973, Medical Park Family Care has conducted pre-employment and on-the-job medical examinations.  Our physicians evaluate the ability of your employees to handle the tasks outlined in their job description.

With this information you are better able to match the abilities of your employees to their jobs.  That means you have a healthier workforce and remain in compliance with all government regulations.

In addition, Medical Park Family Care and Quest Laboratories are working together to provide confidential drug testing necessary to establish drug-free workplaces.  Medical Review Officers are available at Medical Park for companies requiring substance abuse services.

Transportation Examinations

DOT, FAA (Class I, II & III) & JCAB

Medical Park Family Care provides medical testing and examination for workers in the airline, railroad, trucking, shipping and mass transportation industries affected by government agencies such as the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). 

A complete FAA testing facility is located at the clinic, which includes EKG transmitting when necessary.  All examinations are conducted by one of our five FAA Certified doctors, four of which are senior examiners.  Each is a pilot and tenured FAA examiner.

Foreign flight crews may receive their Japanese Civil Aviation Board (JCAB) certification with examinations administered by one of two JCAB certified physicians.
